*Blind Murder solved by Crack Team of Subdivision Gandhi Nagar and Beat staff of PS Geeta Colony.*
03.10.2019 information was received by crack team and local PS staff of Geeta Colon while on morning Patrolling Duty that boys sitting in the Park at SDM office flyover loop, Geeta Colony commit robbery and snatching. Four boys sitting over there were randomly checked and on search a Loaded Katta with live cartridge was recovered from the possession of Neeraj @ Goonga r/o Gandhi Nagar Mukesh Market Delhi age, 19 years. Subsequently a case u/s 25 Arms Act was registered.
His three associates mentioned below were also apprehended for further interrogation with regard to any criminal activity. They were identified as
1. Lavjeet Singh r/o Geeta Colony Delhi age 19 years,
2. Bhavit @ Nonu r/o East Azad Nagar, Delhi.
3. Arjun Dhingra @ Chinki r/o Geeta Colony Age 23 years.
They were thoroughly interrogated regarding source of weapon separately and with regard to previous involvements.
On sustained interrogation, one accused person namely Neeraj @Goonga broke down and disclosed about a murder committed by him along with other persons on the night of 29.09.2019 with dumping of the body at Yamuna Khadar. The version was supported by all the apprehended persons.
On the pointing out of apprehended persons, one decomposed body was recovered in Khadar, Geeta Colony.
The deceased was identified by accused persons who was missing from his home.
All the above persons were arrested after registration of case u/s 302,201,34 IPC in PS Geeta Colony.
Later Amanpreet @ Pinna r/o geeta colony, age-20yrs and Rahul r/o Village Ghondli Delhi Age 19yrs were arrested at the instance of accused persons.
Motive of murder :- personal enemity of deceased with one alleged person namely Amanpreet@Pinna who planned out the whole crime incident.
With active patrolling and detailed indepth interrogation, one blind unreported murder case was solved of PS Geeta colony.
