अब QR CODE बढ़ायेगा महिलाओं में हिम्मत

“हिम्मत QR कोड” स्कीम उद्घाटन पर दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल अनिल बैजल, दिल्ली पुलिस कमिश्नर अमुल्य पटनायक 

दिल्ली पुलिस ने महिलाओं की सुरक्षा में ओर इजाफा करते हुए हिम्मत मोबाइल एप्लीकेशन को अपग्रेड करते हुए QR कोड स्कीम की शुरुआत की है । दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल अनिल बैजल ने दिल्ली पुलिस आयुक्त अमुल्य पटनायक, नॉर्थन रेलवे डीआरएम, दिल्ली मेट्रो कॉर्परेशन के प्रबंधन निदेशक और वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधिकारियों की उपस्तिथि में हिम्मत प्लस QR कोड का उदघाट्न किया । दिल्ली के रेलवे स्टेशनों, एयरपोर्ट, बस अड्डों के तकरीबन 3000 टैक्सी,ऑटो और ई रिक्शा चालकों को QR कोड बांटे गए ।

हिम्मत प्लस ऐप की शुरुआत 1 जनवरी 2015 को दिल्ली पुलिस ने की थी इसके बाद 2 फरवरी 2018 में इसमें सुधार करके इनको हिम्मत प्लस नाम दिया गया । पहले शुरुआत में हिम्मत ऐप में SOS की सुविधा थी जिसके क्लिक करने से आपातकाल की सूचना पुलिस तक पहुंच जाती थी और फिर पुलिस कंट्रोल रूम में मदद मांगने वाले की लोकेशन पता चल जाती थी । हिम्मत प्लस ऐप में ड्राईवर को अपनी फोटो के साथ अपना पूरा परिचय का कागज लगाना होता था, यात्री को ऐप खोलनकर उसका फ़ोटो लेकर उस ऐप के ऑप्शन में सेंड करना होता था । मगर इस नए हिम्मत प्लस ऐप में QR कोड ने महिलाओं को और सुरक्षा प्रदान की है । अब इस ऐप को ओपन करके QR कोड को स्कैन करें इसके बाद उस कार, ऑटो चालक की सारी जानकारी पुलिस कंट्रोल रूम तक पहुंच जाएगी । यदि ड्राइवर का रजिस्ट्रेशन हिम्मत ऐप में नहीं हुआ है तो पुलिस कंट्रोल रूम से आपके मोबाइल पर pop up मैसेज आ जायेगा ।

“हिम्मत प्लस QR कोड” प्राप्त करने वाले ऑटो रिक्शा चालक 

जिस कार, ऑटो, ई रिक्शा का हिम्मत ऐप में रजिस्ट्रेशन होगा उसमें आपकी यात्रा शुरू होने के 5 मिनट बाद पुलिस कंट्रोल रूम से  आपके मोबाइल में 3 मैसेज भेज कर आपकी यात्रा का जायजा लिया जाएगा..1. आप रास्ते में हैं 2. आप सुरक्षित पहुंच गए 3. कोई मुसीबत में । यदि आप किसी प्रकार की मुसीबत में हैं आपने 3 नम्बर का ऑप्शन क्लिक कर दिया तो तुरंत दिल्ली पुलिस आपको कॉल करके आपके हालात के बारे में जानकारी लेगी । आपको तुरंत आपकी सहायता के लिए आस पास मदद बुलाने के लिए एमरजेंसी नम्बर मैसेज किया जाएगा । यदि आप स्मार्ट फोन इस्तेमाल नही करते तो कोई बात नही  पुलिस ने हर ड्राइवर को अलग अलग एक विशेष नम्बर दिया  है जिसे ,(यूनीक आइडी) कहते हैं, उस  नम्बर को  9223166166 पर मैसेज भेज दें । इसके बाद ड्राइवर की डिटेल फोन मैसेज के द्वारा भेज दी जाएगी ।

हिम्मत प्लस ऐप की इस नई QR कोड सुविधा में रजिस्टर्ड ड्राइवर जुड़े हुए हैं । दिल्ली एयरपोर्ट, रेलवे स्टेशन, मेट्रो स्टेशन बस अड्डों पर वाहन चलाने वाले वाहन चालकों को की जांच पड़ताल करके ही रजिस्ट्रेशन किया जाता है । इसके बाद ड्राइवर की सीट के पीछे QR कोड लगा होगा जिसे यात्री पूरी तरह देख सके ।

हिम्मत प्लस ऐप को तकरीबन 60 हजार लोगों ने अपने मोबाइल में डाउनलोड किया है । जो महिलाएं एयरपोर्ट, बस अड्डों या स्टेशनों  से निजी वाहनों का इस्तेमाल करती हैं उनके लिए यह ऐप उनके लिए सुरक्षा कवज है । हिम्मत प्लस ऐप में QR कोड  शामिल होने के बाद अब महिलाओं को अपनी सुरक्षा का और अधिक भरोसा मिलेगा । पुलिस चाहती है कि इस हिम्मत ऐप को अधिक से अधिक महिलाएँ अपने मोबाइल में डाऊनलोड करके भय मुक्त महसूस करें ।

New Delhi : Today  23 rd August, 2019 at 1500 hours, the Hon’ble LG, Delhi Shri Anil Baijal has launched QR Code “Scheme” (Himmat Plus) for Women’s Safety in Transport Range at Ajmeri gate, New Delhi Railway Station. Shri Amulya Patnaik, Commissioner of Police, All Special Commissioners of Police including Smt. Nuzhat Hassan (Women Safety), Shri Praveer Ranjan (Transport), other senior police officers of Delhi Police, Shri Mangu Singh, Managing Director, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, Shri S.C.Jain DRM, Northern Railway & Senior Officers of Railway Protection Force have also attended the programme.

Students from Swamy Sharadhanand College, Zakir Hussain College, Dr.Bhim Rao Ambedkar College, Mata Sundari College, office bearer of Autos/Taxies Unions & around 1000 Auto/Taxi drivers have attended the function. Hon’ble LG, Delhi has distributed the QR Codes to some of the TSRs/Taxies drivers. Around 3000 Autos/Taxies have now associated with this initiative of Transport Range.

During the programme, Street Play and Pantomime Show were also presented on the theme of Himmat Plus and Women Safety respectively. A short film on QR Code (Himmat Plus) – Women Safety Mobile App was also launched by Hon’ble LG. Momentos were presented to the Hon’ble LG Delhi, CP,Delhi, DM/DMRC & DRM/NR. The Pantomime Artist Shri Arijit Mr. Sidhant ‘Saheb Ji’, Director of Himmat Plus Film have also been awarded for their excellent performances.

Delhi Police is taking a lot of initiative towards the safety and security of women. Among the various initiatives, Himmat Plus is the Mobile App to ensure the safety of women while travelling. In order to enhance the Women Safety & Security, the commuters travelling in the Yellow/Black Taxi & TSR from the jurisdiction of Transport Range i.e. Railway Stations, Airport & amp; Metro Stations, the Transport Range have launched a drive, collected valid details of drivers of Yellow/Black colour Taxies and Auto Rickshaws operating from the Transport Range Jurisdictions, got generate the QR Code of the drivers. These QR Code are operational with Himmat Plus and Delhi Police Control Room.

Details of commuters who travel in the following transport on daily basis:

Airport Approx. 1,50,000 (One Lakhs fifty thousand).
Railway Approx. 13,00,000 ) (Thirteen Lakhs )

The purpose of developing this application is to provide the Emergency help to the citizens of Delhi at the earliest. The citizens can avail this service just by download and register on the app at no cost. Once user completes the registration they can avail emergency help in just one click. The Himmat Plus application has two main features:

1. SOS functionality & 2. Drivers QR Code functionality

 The revamped app 'Himmat Plus' was launched earlier by Delhi Lt Governor (LG)

Salient features of HIMMAT PLUS APP

 The app has a special feature for scanning the QR codes of taxi, auto-rickshaw, and
e-rickshaw drivers to verify their details. Around 3000 Autos/Taxies/e-rickshaws
have now associated with this initiative of Transport Range.

 The app comes in English and Hindi, and has a special feature for scanning the QR

 The app would act as a deterrent to crime against women, and would empower and
make them more confident while traveling.

 "Women are little vulnerable while traveling and when they board a taxi or an auto-
rickshaw, they do not know if it is safe. This upgraded app will definitely empower
them and boost their confidence while traveling,".

 The process of registration has also been simplified.

 Himmat App 1.0 meant for women safety was launched on January 1, 2015. It was earlier only an emergency safety App and had 44,785 registered users. The new version with a new logo will be called as HIMMAT PLUS (approx. 98876 users -Ninety eight thousand eight hundred seventy six till 19.08.2019). It is intended to serve and to deliver other utilities with a wide range of features to a larger spectrum of users. QR Code Functionality In the QR code functionality, the user opens the Himmat Plus App and scans the QR code from the card which is placed on the headrest of the driver’s seat, facing the customer.

 When the user presses the ‘Report Journey’ button, it sends the location with driver’s unique I.D. to the Himmat dashboard working at Himmat stations at PHQ.

 If driver is not registered the user receives the pop up notification on the application “Driver is not registered with Delhi Police”. In this case passenger can call the Control Room or press the SOS button from the application.

 If driver is registered with Delhi Police, then the user can start the journey and in every 05 minutes, the user receives the pop up notification on the app with a message – “Are you reaching safely with options 1. ‘On the Way’, 2. ‘Reached Safely’ and 3. ‘In Trouble’

 In case the user presses the ‘In Trouble’ button, then the officer of Delhi Police will call the passenger. It also sends alert message to the Emergency Contact Number of theuser.

 In case the user does not have the smart phone, the QR Code functionality can be used through the SMS facility. In this, the user sends the unique ID of the driver to the no. 9223166166, which is configured in the Himmat server. It automatically sends the Driver details to the user and if in case driver is not registered then user receives the auto- generated message “Driver is not registered with Delhi Police”.

 This added feature in Himmat Plus is intended to ensure that genuine and verified drivers only take the passenger to their destination from Airport and Metro stations thus ensuring the passenger’s safety & security in last mile connectivity.
