TEAM & OPERATION
To curb street crimes and to enhance the sense of security among citizens in Dwarka District, extensive patrolling/picket checking covering widespread areas, are being carried out round the clock.
On 14.01.20, a team of PS Dabri led by Inspr. Hemant Kumar, SHO/Dabri, comprising of ASI Randhir Singh, Ct. Jai Kishan and Ct. Siya Ram under the overall supervision of Sh. Bijender Singh, ACP/Dabri, were patrolling in the area. On secret information basis, they started intensive vehicles checking at 60 Foota Road, Chankya Place, Dabri, Delhi.
During vehicle checking, at the instance of secret informer a Scooty was signaled to stop, but instead of stopping the scooty accused rider tried to escape from the spot by taking U-turn. He was caught by the alert staff after a brief chase. During interrogation, rider’s name revealed as Mukesh @ Bhola S/o Ravinder Singh R/o Mahavir Enclave-III, New Delhi Age-24 Yrs. It further disclosed that Mukesh @ Bhola had stolen the said scooty from PS Bindapur area. On verification, said scooty was found stolen vide FIR No.042422/19 u/s 379 IPC, PS Bindapur.
INTERROGATION
During sustained interrogation, Mukesh @ Bhola disclosed that he had stolen two other vehicles also i.e. one scooty and one M/cycle. The same were recovered at his instance. On verification, one Scooty was found stolen vide FIR No. 042739/19 u/s 379 IPC of PS Hari Nagar, whereas M/cycle was found stolen vide FIR No.035211/19 u/s 379 IPC, PS Dabri.
ACCUSED PROFILE
He belongs to a middle class family and is youngest among his siblings i.e. one brother and two sisters. His father has retired from a Bank and mother is housewife. His elder brother live separately with his family and have two elder sisters are already married. He studied up to 12th standard and left the studies as he fell in bad company and started taking drugs. To meet his lust to the drugs he started Auto theft.
