New Delhi : Dwarka District, 12.15 PM, Ct. Praveen & Ct. Ravinder were on parolling duty at Daryiapur Village when they received a secret information that one silver colour car carrying illicit liquor will go to Ghumanhera Village via Dariyapur Village. The information was shared with Senior Officers and accordingly a raiding party was constituted under the leadership leadership of Inspector Rajkumar SHO Jaffarpur Kalan comprising Ct Praveen, Ct Ravinder, under the close supervision of Shri Ashok Tyagi ACP/ Chhawla and trap was laid near empty plot Dariyapur Village. After some time one silver colour Etios Toyta car with Haryana number was seen coming and police team signaled it to stop but the car driver accelerated the speed of his car.
Alert police team chashed him up to some distance and succeeded in in stopping the car near Corpation Bank by their private car and apprehended the alleged Jitender S/o Om Prakash. On checking, the rear portion of the car found loaded with total 20 cartons containing 480 half bottles of Double Blue Deluxe Blended Whisky for sale in Haryana only net Qty 375ml” illicit liquor. Accordingly a case vide *FIR No. 84/20 dated 20.04.20 U/s 33/38/58 Delhi Excise Act was registered in PS JP Kalan* During interrogation it disclosed that the liquor was brought from Bahadurgarh and the consignment was to be delivered in Western Delhi. Fruther investigation is going on.
