South Delhi / 26 September 2020 : It is submitted that on 01/09/2020 an incident of rape case was reported in jurisdiction of PS Fatehpur Beri by a lady of age 20 yrs having pregnancy in 9th month. The Accused who had assured her for marriage ran away to Jharkhand and left her alone. But the team of police station Fatehpur Beri especially W/SI Nitesh set an example by not only by solving this case with arrest of accused from Jharkhand within 2 days but also by saving the life of victim Girl by assisting her medically as she was physically very weak.
A Girl aged about 20 years old r/o Jharkhand was lured by a person from Jharkhand on the pretext that he will provide her a good job in Delhi & will also marry her. On the false pretext of giving job and getting married , he raped her since last eight months. She got pregnant. When she was in her 9th month of pregnancy the person left the girl at rental accommodation, absconded from Delhi and concealed himself in Jharkhand.
Due to this trauma in pregnancy period , the victim Girl suffered bleeding and her health condition deteriorated and her life was endangered .
No one was available for taking care of her from her family. After receiving the information,she was immediately rescued and admitted in AIIMS Hospital by W/SI Nitesh and Blood was donated to the most needed and helpless pregnant lady by three constables namely Ct Yogesh, Ct Rahul, Ct. Sandeep of PS Fatehpur Beri voluntarily .
She gave birth to a healthy girl baby on 19/9/20 & now after proper treatment got discharged from hospital yesterday. The condition of both the mother & child are absolutely fine now.
A case vide FIR No. 341/20, U/s 376/506 IPC dt 01/09/2020 was registered in this regard at PS Fatehpur Beri. Accused was arrested from Jharkhand and now in judicial custody.
