New Delhi : Uttam Nagar, early morning at around 7:15 AM ASI Praveen got a secret information through resources about selling of smack between Pillor No. 701 to 703, Om Vihar Phase-I, Uttam Nagar, Delhi. He immediately shared the information with Inspr. Raj Kumar, SHO/Uttam Nagar. As the information was about 03 different locations accordingly, Inspr. Rajkumar constituted 03 different teams for immediate raids under the close supervision of Sh. Bijender Singh, ACP/Dabri.
1ST CASE
On this secret information, a raiding team was constituted comprising of SI Rohtash, SI Govind, Ct Ajay, Ct Jaswant & L/Ct Neeraj and the team reached near Pillor No. 701, Plot No.1, Om Vihar, Phase-1, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi.
On the signal of the informer, one suspect namely Manoj Kumar S/o Anil Singh was apprehended. He was apprised about the secret information and after following the legal procedure, his cursory search was conducted. During his personal search a plastic pouch brown colour was recovered from his right side pocket.
On testing, 94 gm of Amphetamine drugs was found in his possession and the same was seized. Accordingly, in this regard a case vide FIR No. 363/20, U/s 21 NDPS Act was registered in PS Uttam Nagar.
ACCUSED DETAIL
Manoj Kumar S/o Anil Singh R/o Om Vihar, Phase-1, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi, Age-24 yrs. (He disclosed that he basically belongs to Bihar and staying on rented accommodation and he works for a lady drug peddler residing somewhere else. His previous criminal antecedents are being verified. Efforts are being made to trace the lady who is absconding)
RECOVERY
• Total 94gm Amphetamine drugs recovered from alleged person.
2ND CASE
On this secret information, another raiding team was constituted comprising SI Rakesh, ASI Praveen, Ct Sambhu & L/ct Nirmla which reached near Pillor No. 703, Om Vihar, Phase-1, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi.
On the signal of secret informer, two suspects 1) Mukesh S/o Chandan, 22 yrs & 2) a lady (name withheld), 25 yrs were apprehended. They were apprised about the secret information and after following the legal procedure, their cursory search was conducted. During the personal search of alleged Mukesh total 43 gm Amphetamine drugs & Rs 10,760/- and on search of the said lady total 77 gm of Amphetamine drugs & Rs 42,460/- was recovered from their possession and the same was seized.
In this regard a case vide FIR No. 364/20, u/s 21 NDPS Act was registered at PS Uttam Nagar.
ARRESTED ACCUSED
1. Lady (name withheld) R/o Uttam Nagar, New Delhi, Age-25 Years* (She disclosed that her husband is also involved in the selling of drugs and illicit liquor. Today her husband was not at home. Her previous criminal antecedents are being verified)
2. Mukesh S/o Chandan R/o Om Vihar, Phase-1, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi, Age-22 Years* (He disclosed that he basically belongs to Bihar and he works for above said lady. His previous criminal antecedents are being verified.)
RECOVERY
• Total 120 gm Amphetamine drugs
• Rs 53220/- recovered from both accused
3RD CASE
On this secret information, another raiding team was constituted, comprising SI Mohit, SI Barun, HC Hazari, Ct Daulat & L/Ct Manju, which reached near Pillor No. 703, Om Vihar, Phase-1, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi.
On the signal of secret informer, two suspects including a lady & Ganesh S/o Amar Singh were apprehended. They were apprised about the secret information and after following the legal procedure, their cursory search was conducted. On the personal search of alleged Ganesh total 36 gm Amphetamine drugs and personal search of the lady, 82 gm Amphetamine drugs recovered from their possession and the same were seized.
Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 365/20, U/s 21 NDPS Act was registered at PS Uttam Nagar.
ARRESTED ACCUSED
1. (name withheld), 36 Years, R/o Uttam Nagar, Delhi. (She disclosed that she is divorcee and presently residing with her father and selling drugs. Her previous criminal antecedents are being verified)
2. Ganesh S/o Amar Singh R/o Om Vihar, Phase-1, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi,(He basically belongs to Nepal. He has been working for the above lady since last 4 months as domestic helper. He also helps her in selling of drugs. His previous criminal antecedents are being verified.) Age-29 Years
RECOVERY
Total 118gm Amphetamine drugs
