New Delhi : At this extraordinary and difficult time of epidemic CIVID-19, all world is facing problem. Corona Warriors like Medical Staff and Police are on frontline to save the society. In this difficult situation NGO MAARG (MNNIT Allahabad Alumni Rapport and Grants Foundation) came in front to support Police providing by safety equipments.
On 24.04.2020, NGO MAARG provided face shields, PPE kits, face masks, gloves, coffee/tea vending machines, and premix materials to police personnel of South-East District, New Delhi. These items have been provided to the Police in an event organized at the office of DCP/South-East.
Worthy Jt. CP/SR, Sh. Devesh Chand Srivastava, IPS appreciated the support provided by the NGO for the welfare of the Police. Speaking on the occasion, Chairman & MD of the NGO, Mr. Anurag Shrivastava told that the NGO has provided 280 face shields, 50 PPE kits, 500 face masks, 200 gloves, 150 Sanitizers, 8 tea/coffee vending machines, 16 kg coffee premix, 16 kg tea premix and 3000 disposal cups for the police personnel.
MAARG is an Alumni and Grants Foundation of Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Prayagraj and periodically performs various public welfare works such as blood donation camps, help of poor school children and women.
On this graceful occasion, Sh. Devesh Chand Srivastava, IPS Jt. CP/SR, Sh. Rajendra Prasad Meena, DCP/South-East, Sh. Kumar Gyanesh, Addl. DCP-I & Sh. Dhal Singh, Addl. DCP-II, and officials of NGO Sh. Anurag Shrivastava, MD MAARG, Sh. Sahul Khuran, MD MAARG & Sh. Shashi Bansal, MAARG were present.
