New Delhi : On 19.June.2019 at about 9:30 PM, complainant Devi Dayal @Gopi S/o Sarju R/o Gali No. 8, 3rd pusta,Usmanpur, Delhi was going to Pan Mandi, khari Baoli and when he reached near Radhey Mohan Club , SPM Marg then three boys came on a motor cycle and one of them asked some address and the one sitting behind the bike snatched his Bag containing Rs 19350/- from his hand and ran away with the help of motor cycle rider . Complainant raised alarm and started to chase them. Meanwhile, Lahori Gate Police Chowki Church Mission staff ASI. Devender, ASI. yogender,HC Rajkumar, HC Ashish, CT.Rajesh, CT Balkesh along with SI Devender Antil I/ C who were on patrolling duty listened his voice and responded immediately. Hence,the snatchers tried to flee but due to timely intervention of patrolling staff, all of them along with motorcycle were overpowered near Fatehpuri Red Light .
RECOVERY
1. One snatched bag containing RS.19340.
2. One stolen m/ cycle No. DL 10 S4411, Yamaha FZ ,Black
3. Five stolen mobile phones.
Subsequently Case FIR No. /19 dated 19.06.2019 U/s 356/379/411/34 IPC was registered and all the three accused persons are arrested.
During sustained interrogation accused Sagar disclosed that he has also involved in the theft of case FIR No.106/16 U/s 379 IPC

3. Sonu @ Golti S/o Rattan Lal R/o 22778 Basti Julahan, Sadar Bazar ,Delhi Age 37 yrs
Previously involved: Case1. FIR No. 25/2013 u/s 379/411/34 IPC PS Karol Bagh. 2. FIR No. 205/14 u/s 379/411/34 IPC PS Shastri Park Metro
