NOTORIOUS ROBBERS NABBED UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF SHO

On dated 03/5/2019 a PCR call regarding theft at Panchsheel Park. On enquiry, the Complainant namely Mr. Kapiraj Singhania revealed in a written complaint that he is staying at above address for last 3 years. On 27/04/2019, he went to Dubai and his Driver namely Sanjay Tamang, his wife Pinki Tamang and Cook deep Lama were staying his home. On 03.05.19, when he returned from Dubai,  at home, he found that his house was locked. He searched all his servants including cook but nobody found. When he tried to contacted on their mobile numbers, same were found switched off. He managed a duplicate key and entered in his house. He found that his personal room, which was locked by him was open and in the room,  lock  of his Almirah was found broken. He found that his jewelry including 3 Gold Biscuits having total weight Appox. 3 KGs,  around 125 Gold Coins having weight 5 gms and 8 gms,  Diamond bracelets with Bangles and some cash has been stolen by above three accused persons. on this complainant, a case FIR NO. 135/2019, against (1) Sanjay Tamang  S/o Sh.Harka Bahadur Tamang,R/o VPO-khelaari, Post- Mateile, Distt-Jalpaigudi West Bengal (2) Deep Lamba S/o Budhimani R/o Darziling West Bengal, (3) Pinki W/o Sanjay Tamam was registered at PS Hauz Khas and the investigation was taken up.

                     During the course of investigation, team comprising SI Laxman, SI Vikas Sagwan, SI A.K.Jha, SI Sanjay, ASI Ritesh, ASI Praveen, ASI Pradeep, HC Sandeed, Ct. Ved Prakash, Ct Himanshu, Ct. Ved Prakash under the supervision of Inspector. O.P.Lekhwal, SHO Hauzkhas and Inspector Jitender Singh, Inspector Investigation PS Hauzkhas, over all supervision of Sh. Rajnish , ACP Hauzkhas have been constituted. As the accused persons were  related to Jalpai Guri, West Bengal, teams were sent to Jalpai Guri and Gorakhpur and information conveyed to  SSB at Nepal Border and UP Crime Branch for their assistance and their help was taken.  On the basis of  CDR’s analysis of the accused Mobile numbers and local informers one suspect person namely Sameer Vishwakarma S/o Rajesh Vishwakarma R/o Nehru Nagar Lajpat Nagar Delhi who is the friend of Main accused Sanjay Tamang, was arrested. 40 Gold Coins and Rs. 50,000/- were recovered from him from his residence House No. 10/32 2nd floor, Nehru Nagar, Lajpat Nagar.  Thereafter main accused Sanjay Tamang and Deep Lama were also arrested and on their instance 3 Gold Biscuits having weight 1 KG each and two Lakh cash have been recovered from House No. 160 C, 4th floor, Munirka. Total 3 KG and 320 grams Gold and 2,50,000/- cash has been recovered so . During the course of interrogation, the accused Sanjay Tamang disclosed that he was making theft in the house of complainant for last 6-7 months. Further investigation is under progress. Accused Pinki Tamang still at large. Search of receivers of Gold is also being made.
