New Delhi, Dwarka District, : Anti-Snatching Team of PS Dwarka Sector-23 has arrested one desperate robber namely 1). AbhishekYadav @ Abbu R/o Village Kapashera, Delhi, Age 24 years along with one of his associate namely 2).ChamanYadav @ Chintu R/o Village Kapashera, New Delhi, age 21 years and recovered three country made firearms along with 7 live cartridges and one stolen scooty without number plate from their possession.
INFORMATION
On 05.06.2019, Anti Snatching Team of PS Dwarka Sec-23, Delhi consisting of SI VivekMaindola, ASI Mahesh Tyagi, ASI Randhawa, HC Subhash, Ct Bharat and Ct Mandip were working on a case of Robbery of PS Dwarka Sec-23, Delhi, when one of the team member ASI Mahesh Tyagi received an information through his secret informer that two persons having illegal weapon will come to Village Bharthal through BharthalBijwasan Road Delhi at 9:30 PM on a scooty and one of whom is wanted in a robbery case of PS Kapashera, Delhi. If raided they can be apprehended with their illegal fire arms. The team leader SI VivekMaindola immediately shared the information with senior officers.
TEAM & OPERATIONS
In order to nab these criminals, a team was formed by ShRajender Singh,ACP/Dwarka in the supervision of Insp. Sh.Santan Singh Rawat, SHO/PS Dwarka Sec-23 and Insp. R. Srinivasan, Inspr./ATO, consisting of above said dedicated team. The team laid a trap at BharthalBijwasan Road near Railway Station and at about 09:40 PM two persons coming on a white colour scooty without number plate from Village Bijwasan, Delhi were spotted by the team which were identified by the informer as the persons to be apprehended. On getting the signal from the informer, the team swung into action and signaled them to stop but instead of stopping they tried to escape by accelerating the speed of the Scooty. In order to stop the vehicle, ASI Mahesh Tyagiblock their way from the front after which both the persons tried to flee towards Bijwasanby taking U-turn but the other members of the team blocked their way from behind and apprehended both the persons along with the scooty.
DWARKA DISTRICT
The driver of the scooty was identified as AbhishekYadav @ Abbu, 24 yrsand pillion rider was identified as ChamanYadav @ Chintu, 21 yrs. The team conducted their personal search and one Country Made Katta.315 bore and one country made pistol .32 or along with 5 live cartridges were recovered from the possession of Abhishek @ Abbu and one Country Made Katta.315 bore along
with 2 live cartridges was also recovered from the possession of ChamanYadav @ Chintu. The without number plate scooty was found to be stolen from the area of PS Ranhola.
INTERROGATION
During interrogation accused Abhishek @ Abbu disclosed that due to the death of his father, he left his studies and joined Manish @ Goga who has rivalry with KrishanBihari @Jonti. In 2014, Manish @ Goga and Ashu shot one Ram KishanAvnish the real brother of KrishanBihari/Jonty. In 2015 KrishanBihari murdered Bholu one of the relatives of Ashu. In 2016 he was arrested with his associates in a murder case of Billu (a relative of KrishanBihari/Jonti) in PS PalamVihar Gurgaon HR in which he served one year jail term and came out on bail. After that he remained silent for one year but in 2019 he along with his two other associates were trying to rob one vegetable vendor in Kapashera Delhi and when they were confronted by other vegetable vendors, he fired and fled away from the spot. One of his associate was apprehended at the spot. He was wanted in that case and was hiding with the help of Manish @ Goga. ChamanYadav disclosed that he has joined hands with Goga through Abhishek. Manish Goga has directed the Abhishek @ Abbu to rob a car which can be used to travel in different states. In order to comply the direction, Abhishek @ Abbu along with ChamanYadav @ Chintu were coming to Dwarka on a stolen vehicle with loaded pistols to rob a car but they were caught in between at Village Bharthal Delhi by the police.
PROFILE OF ACCUSED
1. AbhishekYadav @ Abbu R/o Village Kapashera, Delhi, Age 24 years, was born in Village Kapashera Delhi. He studied till class 12 th from but due to lack of interest, he left his studies. Soon after leaving his studies, he came into the contact of bad elements and became associates of Manish @ Goga and Ashu. (Previously found involved in a murder case of PS PalamVihar, Gurugram)
2. ChamanYadav @ Chintu R/o Village Kapashera, New Delhi, age 21 yearswas also born in Village Kapashera, Delhi. He completed his class 12 th but due to lack to interest, he left his studies. While living in Kapashera, the accused met Abhishek @ Abbuand started working for ManishGoga.
