BRIEF FACTS:
One 21.05.2019, one Mohit Mor R/o Bahadurgarh, Haryana, who was famous for his videos on TikTok, was shot dead by 03 unknown persons. In this regard, a case vide FIR No. 223/19,u/s 302/34 IPC and 25/27 Arms Actwas registered at PS Najafgarh. Later, a CCL was apprehended by the Delhi Police in this case and it revealed that one Sandeep Pahalwan @Kala @ Sonu was the main conspirator and also the source of arms used in the commission of murder of Mohit Mor. Previously, Sandeep Pahalwan was arrested in a murder case registered vide FIR No. 767/15 U/s 302/307/201/34 IPC, PS Chhawala and came out on parole. But, later he jumped the parole and was absconding.
TEAM&INVESTIGATION:
There was a sharp increase in criminal activities in the area of PS Najafgarh due to the activities of local criminals who are affiliated to various gangs. On the analysis of these criminal activities, it revealed that some criminals who got parole/interim bail from court jumped bail and again became active in criminal activities. List of those criminals was prepared and teams were formed to arrest those wanted criminals.
A dedicated team of PS Najafgarh under the leadership of Inspr. Sunil, SHO/Najafgarh consisting of SI Raghuveer, SI Ravinder Singh, Ct Mukesh and Ct Jaswant under the close supervision of Sh. Vijay Singh Yadav, ACP/Najafgarh.Team collected details of all the active criminals who are affiliated with various local gangs and involved in the commission of various offences. Sources were developed and details of their possible hideouts were collected and continuous raids were conducted.
On 27/05/2019, secret information received through sources about the presence of a wanted criminal Sandeep Pahalwan @Kala @ at his residence i.e. R/o Najafgarh, New Delhi, age-32 yrs. Immediately the team raided his above mentioned residence and was arrested from his house. Accused Sandeep Pehalwan @ Kala @ Sonu was wanted in case FIR No. 767/15 U/s 302/307/201/34 IPC, PS Chhawala, Dwarka District. He has been arrested in Kalandra u/s 41.1.D CrPC.
With the arrest of accused Sandeep Pehalwan @Kala @ Sonu, another murder case of Mohit Mor registered vide FIR No. 223/19 u/s 302/34 IPC and 25/27 Arms Act in PS Najafgarh has also been solved and he was alleged to be the support and conspirator of the murder.
INTERROGATION:
During interrogation, Sandeep Pehalwan @Kala @ Sonu 32 yrs repeatedly stated that he had continuously kept himself hidden in a secret chamber in his own house and even during this period, he was not using any mobile phone. Investigation is under process to ascertain his role in said murder case of Mohit Mor.
PROFILE OF ACCUSED PERSON:
Accused Sandeep Silothia @ Sandeep Pehalwan @ Kala @ Sonu R/o Gopal Nagar, Najafgarh , New Delhi age- 32 yrs was born in village Silhoti,District Jhajjar, Haryana. He joined gangsters and was arrested first time in 2014 in a case of extortion. He has been found previously involved in 05 cases of Murder, Attempt to murder and extortion etc. registered in PS Chhawla and PS Najafgarh. He was arrested in murder case of PS Chhawla registered vide FIR No. 767/15 U/s 302/307/201/34 IPC, PS Chhawla and came out of jail on parole. But, he jumped parole
