New Delhi : To acknowledge the contribution of about 80 numbers of Safai karmchari so-called corona warriors and express the solidarity with them against fight with covid-19,
today i.e. on 9th May 2020, a felicitation programme exclusively for Safai karamcharis not only deployed in each police station/ units of Central district but also in the hospitals i.e. Sir Ganga Ram Hospital etc.were felicitated at temporally created shelter home at Rajkiya Pratibha Vikas Vidyalay ,Ashoka Pahari ,Karol Bagh ,Delhi by Shri Sanjay Bhatia IPS, the DCP centre district.
They were felicitated with a kit consisting of PP kit, gloves, mask and sanitizer along with commemoration certificate.
They have also been informed to take every precautions in the fight against covid-19 by showing a video.
in this fight against covid-19, Their role and contribution in the society were duly appreciated and encouraged too.
Besides, the director of Bharat scout and Guides Mr Rajkumar Kaushik and the secretary of Ramjas scout groups Dr Lalit Verma who have collectively played an important role by adopting all the inmates of the shelter home including other key members of the scouts groups were also felicitated and their role was also appreciated.
Finally ,they have been served with snacks and programme was ended.
