- THREE ROBBERS, WHO ROBBED ON THE PRETEXT OF SOLVING LOSS IN
BUSINESS IN POOJA/HAWAN ARRESTED AFTER LONG CHASE - ROBBED CASH AMOUNT OF RS. 5.51 LACS RECOVERED
- ONE DESI PISTOL (DESI KATTA) AND ONE LIVE CARTRIDGE ALONG WITH ONE
SWIFT CAR USED IN COMMISSION OF CRIME RECOVERED
INCIDENT :
The complainant, Pawan stated that he resides with his family on rented
accommodation at Gopal Nagar, Najafgarh and runs a Dairy and basically
belongs to VPO Jasaiya, Rohtak, Haryana. A marriage function of his elder
brother’s daughter is to be solemnized on 24th May 2019 at his native village. For this reason, he has asked his relatives to arrange some money.
Recently, he was not making legitimate profit as he believe that his
animals were getting sick. He shared this problem with his nephew Praveen,
who live in village Doab, Haryana. Praveen suggested that he knew one person
namely Chand, who knew some saints in Rohtak who can solve the problem by
performing prayers/rituals/hawan. Three days ago, three persons came, in
which two were looking like saints, and lured him that if they perform some
Puja/Hawan in is house, his problems would be resolved and informed about
coming in the morning of 22 May, 2019.
On 22 May, 2019, all the three persons visited his residence at about
11:00 AM and started performing some rituals. In the meantime, one of his
relative Amar Pal @ Kala came and gave him 5 Lacs which he put on a bag
DWARKA DISTRICT:
(Plastic) which already had some money. Surprisingly, one of these three asked
him to come with them at crossroad (Choraha) for performing some ritual. In
hurry, the complainant carried the bag having cash along with him and sat
inside the Swift car with the three. Suddenly, one of them point out something
like pistol at him, slapped and throw him out of the car and fled away along
with the cash of Rs. 11 lacs. The complainant started shouting and some of the
nearby persons chased the car for a long distance and the car met with an
accident with a tree at Dichaoon Nala and all the three persons with robbed
cash fled away in Sorghum fields.
TEAM & OPERATION:
On 22.05.2019, a PCR call was received at PS BHD Nagar at about 2:53
PM regarding an accident of a vehicle near Dichaoon Nala, which was used in
robbery of Rs. 5 Lacs Near Nanak Piao, Gopal Nagar, Najafgarh, Delhi.
Immediately, SI Kartar along with Ct. Rahul and the ERV staff HC Rajbir, HC
Ved Prakash, Ct. Navdeep, Ct. Deepak, reached the spot where staff of PCR
Van Crystal-54 i.e. I/c ASI Rajbir, DVR./Ct. Aniket along with complainant Sh.
Pawan S/o Birbal were present and one Swift Car was found in accidental
condition. In the meantime, Inspr. C.R. Meena, SHO/BHD Nagar, Insp.
Prabhanshu, Insp./Invest. also reached at the spot. The local and PCR staff
immediately started search for alleged persons with public persons and during
search operation, one of the suspect persons, identified as Krishan S/o Late
Ishwar, age-38 Years, R/o Vill. Sehri, Dist. Sonipat was apprehended.
On receipt of information about the search of robbers, Sh. Vijay Yadav,
ACP/Najafgarh immediately dispatched additional police staff for help. Then
the police staff cordon off the entire area and make strenuous search of the
fields and after continuous search for 2-3 hours apprehended another accused
Yaqub Shah S/o Late Zilani Shah, Age 37 Years R/o Daulatabad, Shivaji
College, Maharashtra. During his personal search robbed amount of Rs.
5,51,000/- and one Country Made Pistol (Desi Katta) and one live cartridge
used in the crime were recovered from their possession.
After some time again a PCR call was received at 6.03 PM that a snatcher
has been caught. The local staff reached at the spot where above said PCR staff
were again found present with some public persons. Public persons stated that
they had caught a snatcher but the same slipped from their custody and had
hidden behind the bushes of the nearby field. Again the police staff searched
and managed to apprehend the alleged after a brief chase, identified as Wazid
S/o Mohd. Yusuf.
Accordingly, a case vides FIR No. 225/19, Date-22/05/19, U/S 392/
397/ 34 IPC & 25 Arms Act was got registered at P.S. BHD Nagar. During
interrogation, the accused persons had disclosed that they had committed the
crime at the instance of one person namely Chand r/o Rohtak Haryana.
ACCUSED PERSONS DETAIL:
1) Krishan s/o Late Ishwar, age 38 Years r/o Vill. Sehri, Dist. Sonipat
Haryana. He is married and matric pass and is driver by profession.
2) Yaqub Shah s/o Late Zilani Shah, age 37 Years r/o Daulatabad, Shivaji
College, Maharashtra. He is married and matric pass.
3) Wazid s/o Yusuf, age 27 yrs r/o Khatta Khedi, Mohammad Nagar,
Saharanpur, U.P. He is also married and eighth class passed.
RECOVERY:
1) Robbed cash amoubt of Rs. 5,51,000/-
2) One Desi Katta and one live cartridge.
3) One swift car used in commission of crime.
